Different types of maxillary and mandibulary bone augmentation will be discussed within this course. First the trainees learn the preparation of endangered anatomic structures like nerve exits. After that we will discuss the practical procedure in intern and extern sinus augmentation. Regarding to the procedures we look to the indications of extern and intern sinus augmentation.
